In our previous discussion, we explored the need to strengthen and make the startup ecosystem more resilient. However, to truly thrive in an uncertain and volatile world, we must go beyond mere resilience and strive for antifragility.
Antifragility, as coined by Nassim Nicholas Taleb, refers to the ability to benefit from disorder, chaos, and stress. Unlike resilience, which merely withstands shocks, antifragility thrives on them. By embracing uncertainty and adapting to challenges, antifragile systems become stronger over time.
